Company
A small company, and we say so openly.
Cyndra is a software company based in Calco, Italy. We build Cloakr and support it ourselves, with no intermediaries.
How we work
With a new customer, it usually goes like this
- 01
Assessment
We go through schemas, data flows and regulatory constraints together, and identify sensitive columns before proposing a configuration.
- 02
Installation and first templates
We install Cloakr in your cluster and build templates for the most critical tables, validating them with your team.
- 03
Ongoing support
After go-live we stay available for tuning, new templates and upgrades.
What to expect
Concrete commitments
- We reply within one business day
- To emails and support requests.
- You talk to the people who write the code
- Technical questions, bugs and feature requests come straight to us.
- Your data stays yours
- Cloakr runs in your infrastructure. We have no access to the databases it masks.
